Meeting Minutes

3:25pm Members begin to arrive

3:32pm Our delicious Roly Poly platter is not ready!

3:34pm Treasurer Angela arrives with our food

3:36pm VP Erika begins the meeting

3:37pm Dues will be due at the next meeting ($15 as usual)

3:38pm The next meeting will be Tues. Feb. 3 at 4pm

3:39pm Solar observing will be next Tuesday at 2:30pm

3:41pm A movie will be shown Friday Jan. 23 at 4pm. Please vote for your choice and bring $1 for snacks!

3:43pm Nighttime observing will be in the Village on 1/26 at 7pm

3:44pm A trip to PARI will be Sat. Jan. 31

3:47pm Jan. 23 will be the go/no-go deadline for the trip

3:51pm The telescope making committee will meet Friday at 4pm in Kell Hall

3:54pm A banner committee is proposed. Raj volunteers to be the head.

3:56pm Elections will be held this spring, with nominations at the March meeting

3:57pm The Messier Marathon will be held on March 20

3:59pm There will be another camping trip, possibly in late April or late May

4:00pm The meeting concludes
