Meeting Minutes

4:30pm - A comparison of homework grades for Relativity commences.

4:35pm - To the sounds of chocolate being consumed, the meeting begins.

4:36pm - Prez. Erika points out that the most "special-est" officers are present.

4:37pm - Remember to pay dues soon, or your name will be taken off the mailing list.

4:38pm - The monthly events were scheduled - see the main website for dates and times.

4:39pm - Prez. Erika gives dressing advice for the Nighttime Observing and Telescope Painting activities.

4:44pm - Prez. Erika decides what color marker to use to write things on the board. (Green)

4:45pm - A debate commences as to which is the grosser movie - Pitch Black or Total Recall.

4:46pm - The next meeting time is set for Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 4:30pm, 732 One Park Place.

4:49pm - It doesn't look as though we'll be able to see Phil Plait when he's in Georgia. He's here on October 23rd but is in Columbus, GA, and it would cost too much to go see him as a club activity.

4:52pm - We decide not to have a club activity for the upcoming lunar eclipse on the 27th. Totally occurs at 11:04pm, so be sure to check it out.

4:54pm - The Messier 10k is set for Friday, Nov. 12 or Saturday, Nov. 13, whichever date is clear. More on this at the next meeting. Same goes for the Leonid meteor shower, which peaks on November 18th.

5:00pm - Some reminiscing about our trip to PARI commenced.

5:02pm - Meeting ended.
