The CHARA Array is seeking to hire a Visitor Support Scientist.

The successful applicant will support visiting scientists who apply for time at the CHARA Array through our open access observing program funded through the NSF. An important part of this position involves implementing an outreach program designed to encourage the use of optical/IR interferometry in the U.S. astronomical community.

The CHARA Array is located at Mount Wilson Observatory in California and operated by Georgia State University.
