Reimbursement for NOIRLab Approved Travel

Follow instructions in Lodging at the CHARA Array to reserve a room on the mountain.

To be reimbursed for NOIRLab approved travel please complete the following before the start of the observing run:

Vendor Profile Form (Domestic travelers)

W8BEN Form (International travelers)

Within 30 days after the NOIRLab travel has ended please send a complete Payment Request Form (leave speedchart and account code fields blank) and attach all detailed receipts (i.e. rental car, food, airfare, taxi/shuttle).
