SOLAR SYSTEM PROJECT
Solar System Dynamics (JPL)
Includes fundamental data for all sorts of objects in the Solar System, including the planets, natural satellites, comets and asteroids. Excellent (complete) lists of natural satellites is a highlight.
JPL Small Body Database Search Engine
Searchable database for orbits and characteristics of various asteroids and comets, nicely broken into categories.
Minor Planet Center
Has extensive details and maps concerning all minor bodies (asteroids, KBOs, and comets) in the Solar System. This is THE place to shop if you are interested in objects smaller than a serious moon. A nice list of all periodic comets with names can be found at http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/lists/PeriodicCodes.html.
IAU Minor Planet Lists and Plots
Lists of various classes of objects and a wealth of other sexy details.

USEFUL WEBSITES
Planetary Photojournal (NASA)
Most excellent pictures of all sorts of Solar System members can be found here.
NASA Missions
Absolutely fundamental site for NASA space missions. Gives links to missions past, present, and future.

Deep Ecliptic Survey (KBOs) (out of date)
Reports on research conducted at Lowell Observatory targeting the Kuiper Belt. As of 2003 January 08, the DES folks have discovered 34% (255) of all KBOs (about 770) at the time.
Voyagers 1 & 2
Nice tribute site to the Voyager Mission to the outer planets. Particularly noteworthy is the passage of the heliopause by Voyager 1 on 17 December 2004, when it was 94 AU from the Sun. Voyager 1 passed Pioneer 10 in 1998 as the human-made object that is most distant from the Sun.
Extrasolar Planets Encyclopedia
The definitive "go-to" site for extrasolar planet research. Lists attributes of planet candidates and their parent stars. Also has an extensive bibliography of the field and lists other relevant websites.
